The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and pool, with comfortable rooms but lacking some amenities. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our vacation enjoyable. There were some cleanliness issues in the dining area, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel is well-located, close to the beach and offering friendly service. However, the room furniture felt a bit dated despite being clean and spacious. The pool area had lots of fun activities, but the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. Overall, a decent value for money choice.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were met by a few surprises both positive and negative. The rooms, while comfortable, had some cleanliness issues like leftover food from previous guests and mold on the walls. The service was very welcoming and fun-loving, but certain aspects of the location needed improvement. The dining experience left much to be desired with warm beverages and subpar food quality.
The hotel is nicely situated just off the path to the beach with convenient access to the kids club, beach bar, and beach restaurant. However, the lack of proper storage like a dresser or closet made living out of suitcases necessary.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were very clean, but I did notice quite a few bugs during my trip. On the bright side, I got relocated to another room that had a nicer view overlooking the pool.
The hotel had water bottles provided every day in the 100 block; however, the rooms in Building 3 lacked any place to unpack, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The service, especially from Maria, Jose, Nuyis, Benjamin, Roberto, Daisy, Milena, Yalilis, Daniel, and Lisandra, was amazing, but sometimes staff members would talk amongst themselves and ignore guests. The location, while lovely for lunch, needed some housekeeping in terms of information about local attractions. The dining experience was disappointing, with warm cold food and cold hot food; however, the sushi was good.
The hotel offers nice, always clean and well-kept rooms with typical Cuban style decor. The service was sweet and went above and beyond with creative towel and blanket designs and little notes. The location, although a bit fatigued compared to other resorts, is clean and conveniently situated close to the ocean and pool area. The dining experience was delightful with fresh smoothies and a variety of dishes, but there were occasional long lines. The facilities are well-maintained and refinished, with new lounge chairs for relaxation.
The hotel rooms were always clean and had great, attentive servers. Although the morning service was a mess initially, I was advised to return at 2 PM to discuss with the manager. The room also had a convenient heat pump for A/C.
The hotel is situated right at the entrance of the beach, which closes at 6 pm, offering a convenient location for beach lovers. The rooms are clean and always well-equipped with towels, a functioning fridge, and a nice patio to relax on. However, the lack of information about local attractions in the rooms might make guests feel like they are missing out on exploring more of the area.
The hotel is situated in a ring of buildings circling the pool area, offering clean and neat rooms that may be a bit dated but are spotless, comfortable, and come with a refreshing water bottle every day. The service from the staff at the Italian restaurant, lobby bar, and buffet is simply fabulous, always provided with a big smile and great service. The location, although not air-conditioned, is exceptionally clean with tours available and a friend. The dining experience, while maintaining health and safety standards, may have limited selections and issues with coffee availability. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained, offering a nice ambiance for guests.
